Cancelling

You can cancel your booking at any time, right up to the day of your shoot. Just email contact@vrxs.co.uk to let us know. You are welcome to use the cancellation form below, but you don't have to.

 

If you book as a private individual, you have 14 days from the day you book to cancel for any reason. If you cancel within those 14 days, we refund everything you have paid, your £50 deposit included, within 14 days of hearing from you. The refund goes back the way you paid, at no cost to you. We won't start work on your tour within those 14 days unless you ask us to. If you do ask, and then cancel within the 14 days, we charge only for the work done up to the time you tell us, and refund the rest.

 

After those 14 days, or if you book for a business, your £50 deposit isn't refundable (it pays your photographer for holding the date), so the deposit is what cancelling costs you. Nothing else is charged: anything more you have paid comes back to you in full.

Changing your date

Email contact@vrxs.co.uk and we'll find you a new date. We handle changes ourselves so we can check your photographer is free before anything is confirmed. Your first change is free. Any change after that is £50, covering the date your photographer has already held.

 

Hosting

We can host your tour online for £33 per month, from delivery. Hosting is optional. If you'd rather not have it, you receive a downloadable copy of your tour to host on your own website.

 

Payment

Payment is due within 28 days of your invoice.

 

Photo tidy-up

We may remove temporary items and loose clutter from your photos, and may leave anything that cannot be removed cleanly. For a property marketed for sale or to let, we never alter the property itself. If you would like anything left exactly as photographed, please tell us before the shoot.
